2009 HSBA ANNUAL DINNER IS NEXT WEEKEND! JOIN US!
 On the evening of Satuday, August 29, 2009, the HSBA's annual dinner will raise funds for the public legal service projects of the HSBA and the access to justice legal service providers.
The fundraiser will be an enjoyable evening with great food, wine, and music in the courtyard between Dillingham Transportation Building and the Pacific Guardian Center, providing for a convenient outdoor venue.

2009 Mandatory Professionalism Course Postponed
In light of the provisions of the new MCLE Rule, RSCH 22, the Supreme Court has entered an order allowing 2008 admittees who have not taken this course an extension until 12/31/10. Thus, members taking this course from 1/1/10 will fulfill their Rule 1.14 and Rule 22 requirements.

Speed dating with the Jurists! Leadership Institute Fellows in Action with the Meet the Bench Program
On Thursday, August 13, 2009, the inaugural class of the Leadership Institute participated in the Meet the Bench program. The program was designed to have local Justices and Judges speak to them about leadership on and from the bench. It was a great success!
