2008 LICENSE RENEWAL INFORMATION/REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

2008 renewal materials were mailed on November 23, 2007 to your address in our database as of November 9, 2007.   The DEADLINE for completing online registration or for mailing paper registration materials is December 31, 2007.   The following late fees will be assessed:
January 1 --- 31, 2008:  $100
February 1 --- 29, 2008:  $200
On or after March 1, 2008: $300 reinstatement fee

2008 Online Registration:  On December 4, 2007, online registration will be available at www.MyHSBA.org.   To access, use the following formula:
• User ID:  Your HSBA JD number + Your Last Name  Example:   9999Smith  (note: this is case sensitive)
• Pass Word:  1st 3 letters of your last name + last 4 digits
 of your SSN
  Example:   Smi1234  (note: this is case sensitive)

If you changed your password during the 2007 registration, you must access the 2008 registration utilizing the changed password.  If you cannot remember this changed password, please request the changed password from registration@hsba.org.

2004 ADMITTEES:   Those members first admitted (to any bar) in 2004, having been members of a bar during five years in 2008, will be assessed the 5+ dues category in 2008.   

Required reporting:  Amended RHSC Rule 17(d), effective December 1, 2007, requires that each member report (i) hours of pro bono service for the prior year and (ii) whether the member has professional liability insurance (unless exempted by the rule).    Please note that pursuant to this rule, failure to report this information will constitute an incomplete renewal and will result in the assessment of late fees or administrative suspension if not timely corrected.   See Amended Rule 17(d)(1).
