What is a member bar card?
A member bar card is a free photo id issued by the HSBA that allows you access to services and benefits.
How do I get one if I never received one?
Contact the HSBA Offices at (808) 537-1868 or email memberbenefits@hsba.org to set up a date and time to pick one up or have it mailed to you.
Do I need to send in a photo to the HSBA to get a card?
You may send in a high resolution photo to memberbenefits@hsba.org and we can apply it on your card. You can also set up a photoshoot with Lisa Cutright, member benefits administrator, and she can take a high resolution photo of you. You may reach Lisa to set up an appointment by emailing memberbenefits@hsba.org.

*Note: Starting January 2010, replacement cards will cost $10. If you request a replacement card prior to January 2010, you will be assessed a fee of $5.
