Limited Admission of Military Attorneys, Pro Tem Membership for faculty members of the William S. Richardson School of Law, and Pro Hac Vice Membership are governed by Rules 1.7, 1.8 and 1.9, respectively, of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai’i. Law students at the William S. Richardson School of Law and any other ABA-accredited law school are eligible for law student affiliate membership upon submission of an application and payment of dues as established by the HSBA Board of Directors. This membership confers no privileges of practice, voting or holding office.
