2013 Renewal Information

2013 Renewal Information

The HSBA is continuing its process of going green and streamlining the 2013 renewal process. A postcard was mailed to all members in early November informing them that 2013 Renewal Materials will not be printed and mailed to members. Instead all materials will be made available on this page. The portal is now open and will close on December 31.

Log in to the renewal registration portal to begin the registration process. View frequently asked questions on renewal registration for information on retrieving your password and for answers to other questions.

Registration Information:

  • No paper forms will be mailed. You must print your own form if you wish to submit it by mail.

  • To print your forms off our online portal system: log-in to the portal and fill out the renewal form. Once completed, hit CTRL + P to launch the print function on your computer. It is not necessary to enter payment information or submit the form electronically following completion of requisite information if you are planning to print your form for mail or walk-in submission. Sign certifications after printing the form and mail or walk-in the form to the HSBA with proper payment. The HSBA mailing address is 1100 Alakea Street, Suite 1000, Honolulu, HI 96813.

  • The HSBA office will be open every business day in December from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with the exception of December 25 and from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on December 18). Staff members will be available to assist members with renewal registration.

  • All members whether HSBA Licensed members [ACTIVE: Active, Government or Judge or INACTIVE-Voluntary/Pro Bono] or Non HSBA Licensed members [Pro Hac-Vice, Affiliate or Foreign Law Consultant] must provide all  information required for renewal registration. To avoid delay or unnecessary assessment fees, completed forms and payment must be postmarked no later than Monday, December 31, 2012 or must be electronically transmitted no later than 12 midnight, December 31, 2012
