Rates for HSBA Classified Ad
HSBA Member Rate:
$35 for the first 30 words plus $.75 per additional word.
Non-Member Rate:
$60 for the first 30 words plus $1.25 per additional word.
How to Submit a HSBA Classified Ad
To submit a classified ad, simply follow these steps:
Type out your ad in an e-mail (preferred method) or on firm or personal letterhead;
E-mail to
memberbenefits@hsba.org ; fax to (808) 521-7936; or mail to HSBA, Attention: Lisa Cutright, 1132 Bishop Street, Suite 906, Honolulu, HI 96813.
HSBA classified ads use the following classifications for categorizing the ads: EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYMENT WANTED, ITEMS FOR SALE, OFFICE SPACE, REAL ESTATE and SERVICES.
HSBA will assess the cost and respond back with the HSBA Web Site Classified Advertising Agreement. Complete the agreement and submit it with payment via fax to (808) 521-7936 or mail to HSBA, Attention: Lisa Cutright, 1132 Bishop Street, Suite 906, Honolulu, HI 96813. Types of payment accepted for all HSBA advertising are check, money order, or credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard and VISA.
Format and Terms
Any element surrounded by spaces is a word. Any word commonly found in the dictionary counts as one word, as do abbreviations, phone numbers, portions of an address, e-mail addresses, Web sites and URLs. Punctuation is free.
You may suggest a category; however, classification of all ads is at HSBA’s discretion and may be changed without notice. Please check your ad for accuracy. Classified ads appear on the Web site
www.hsba.org, in the section titled "Classified Ads." Classifieds are non-commissionable and must be paid in advance. HSBA is not responsible for errors that appear after 24 hours after initial placement. HSBA reserves the right to refuse publishing of any ad that competes with current vendor contracts.
Please note that there is no discount for partial month placement; placements accepted after the 1st of the month do not receive a pro-rated discount.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: To receive a full refund, you must make a written request to cancel your ad no more than 48 hours after initial ad placement. We will discontinue publishing your ad, but no refund is granted after 48 hours of placement.
Classified ads are published within 72 business hours or by specified date, whichever is later. HSBA Web Site Classified Advertising Agreement must be completed and received with payment before ad is published.
