On July 15, 2009, the Supreme Court promulgated RSCH Rule 22 and revised RSCH Rule 17, to implement MCLE requirements for active members of the HSBA, effective January 1, 2010. Read the rule here. Provider Application Form
Use this form if you are a course provider seeking Board approval for a course or activity you wish to offer to Hawaii bar members, or if you are seeking Accredited Provider status.


Attorney Application Form
Use this form if you are an attorney seeking approval for an individual course or activity that you wish to attend/take that has not already received approval from the Hawaii State Board of Continuing Legal Education. It is your responsibility to contact the course provider to obtain the information needed to complete this form.


Certificate of Attendance
This Certificate is provided as a sample certificate that Providers may download and complete for the attorneys completing the Provider’s course or activity.



Accredited Providers
The following list of providers have been accredited for the 2010 year. Attorneys may take courses from these providers and receive the specified number of MCPE and/or VCLE credits from the course as classified by the provider. Providers will be added to this list from time to time as they are accredited.
