Welcome to the HSBA's Lawyer Referral & Information Service (LRIS) Page
Join fellow Bar members who use the Lawyer Referral Service as a reliable source for new business. Here's what they have to say:

"The divorce and family business on which Coates & Frey focuses can be a tricky one. Most (though by no means all) people are not quite crazy enough to get divorced time and time again, so repeat business is relatively rare. Instead, we have to rely on continuous new business, and there is no better source of continuous new business than the Lawyer Referral and Info Service. My firm has handled literally hundreds of LRIS cases over the years, and we have met some wonderful clients in the process. I also feel that we have done a lot of good work for a lot of amazingly appreciative folks, since after all, a lot of these people really need the help. There can be a bit of public service involved…and that is a good thing. For any client-focused law firm looking to do loads of good work for loads of clients, I highly recommend the LRIS.

"I’ve been a member of the LRIS since 1995. Over the years, the LRIS has enabled me to build my practice as well as serve the public! Mahalo to the HSBA and the ABA Standing Committee for Lawyer Referral Service for their commitment in assisting the public with both legal information and quality representation.
