SEMINAR REFUND POLICY

A refund will be made if we receive written notification of cancellation five (5) business days before the seminar; however, $15 will be deducted to cover administrative costs. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE (1) IF CANCELLATION IS MADE LESS THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SEMINAR AND/OR (2) FOR NO-SHOWS. Twenty dollars ($20) will be charged for insufficient funds.
